Josh has been with R&S since 2020. His favorite thing about his job is having the opportunity to work closely with clients and build strong relationships. "It can be fulfilling to understand their needs and desires for their outdoor space, and help bring their visions to life."

When asked about the culture at R&S, Josh shared, "R&S is like one big family. It's a place where individuals feel valued, appreciated, and motivated to do their best. They provide opportunities for professional growth and make it fun to be here."

Some of Josh's favorite hobbies include watching Tennessee Volunteers Football and his favorite place to travel is Colorado. When he's not working you'll find him spending time with family, watching sports, camping and hunting.
