R&S was founded in 2009 by current owner, Ryan Shrum. At the time, the company specialized in hardscaping and was comprised of Ryan, one employee, one truck, and operated out of Ryan’s home. 

Fast forward to today—R&S has grown into a full-service commercial landscape company dispatching over 20 crews daily from our Pottstown, PA headquarters, with just shy of 100 employees. We specialize in providing a wide range of landscape and snow and ice management services to businesses and communities across the southeastern Pennsylvania area. 

Whether its designing, enhancing, or maintaining, R&S can help guide you every step of the way. The best way to describe R&S is that you will be dealing with not just a company, but a long-term partner who has the resources capable of tackling your largest and most challenging project, but small enough that you matter and will receive a service tailored to the unique needs of your property.
