Carlos has been with R&S since 2021. He loves that his job allows him to be creative and think outside the box. "It's always exciting to come up with new ideas and see them come to life."

When asked about the culture at R&S, Carlos shared, "The work culture is very collaborative and supportive. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand and work together to achieve our goals. R&S offers support at all levels within the organization, and the company encourages respect, trust, empathy and support."

Some of Carlos' favorite hobbies include, jet skiing, boxing, roller coasters, sky diving and riding ATVs. He is a self proclaimed adrenaline junkie and loves the outdoors, getting lost in nature and discovering new places.

Carlos favorite place to travel is Mexico and when he's not working he enjoys spending time with family and loved ones.
