Dylan has been at R&S since 2014 when the company first started. His favorite thing about his job is the family atmosphere and teamwork. He would describe the culture at R&S as "Welcoming. It's a place to grow and you'll find opportunities here." 

Dylan's favorite hobby is riding and racing motocross. His favorite place to travel is Delray Beach, Florida, and when he's not working he loves to spend time with his family and friends.
