Izzy has been at R&S since 2022. Her favorite thing about her job is the growth opportunities she has already seen. "I have grown a lot inn my position and still have room to grow. I also like the people I work with."

When asked about the culture at R&S Izzy shared, "It's a family atmosphere and everyone is very close. We spend over 40 hours a week working together and still choose to hangout in our free time!"

Izzy's favorite hobbies include running and reading. She loves traveling to places like Vancouver, Canada and when she's not working she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
