David starting working for R&S in 2024. His favorite thing about his job is the ability to work with his clients and to develop work and personnel relationships with each of them. He enjoys providing solutions to his clients needs and exceeding their expectations for a job well done.  When asked about the culture at R&S, David shared, "The culture at Rand S is being part of a very successful team and feeling that everyone is here to help you out and be successful in your career path. R & S provides the leadership with allowing you to learn and help you correct your course along the way. "

Outside of work, David's favorite hobbies include taking his 2 labradors retrievers hunting during the fall and winter months. "Watching the dogs work in the fields and flush game birds is rewarding. When they are not in the field they are typically lying around looking for trouble to get into."

David's favorite place to travel is to OCNJ. It has become his family's happy place to unwind and relax. You will typically find him in the ocean surfing and glassing the ocean for the next set of waves to come in.  Other favorite things to do include, spending time at the shore and cooking Sunday family dinners.
