Charles has been working at R&S since 2022. His favorite thing about his job is the people he gets to work with every day. He would describe the culture at R&S as "Work hard and play hard. We are a young, highly motivated company."

Some of Charle's favorite hobbies include photography and cooking. He loves to travel and enjoys trips to Disney World and Montana. 

When he's not working, Charle's favorite things to do include spending time with his wife, Rebecca.
