Caleb has been working at R&S since 2021. His favorite thing about his job is the respect and opportunities given to all employees. He would describe the culture at R&S as "family like." 

Some of his favorite hobbies include working out and going to the gym. He loves to travel to Florida and when he's not working he enjoys spending time with his son.
