Aaron starting working for R&S back in 2016. His favorite thing about his job is the family atmosphere here in the workplace. When asked about the culture at R&S, Aaron shared, "It's an easy going and fun environment. We work hard and we get along."

Outside of work, Aaron's favorite hobbies include camping and he loves to travel anywhere he can camp. He enjoys spending time with his kids and tries to get outdoors as much as possible.
